Digitization on behalf of the state
14 million m² of digitized building stock: These figures are the result of a spectacular project as part of the state of Baden-Württemberg's digitization offensive. With the digitization of its entire real estate portfolio, Landesbetrieb Vermögen und Bau Baden-Württemberg is thus taking on a pioneering role nationwide! And we are proud to be a key part of this unique large-scale project on behalf of the state. On the premises of the Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University, we look back together on the last few years of successful cooperation and a project that is unique in this form.
What does the data mean for the future?
The collected and processed building data now forms the exact basis for the state's CAFM system and provides an important basis for achieving the goals of the Energy and Climate Protection Concept for State Properties 2030. This is because our data serves as an indispensable basis for building and space management and for the efficient management of the portfolio. The use of digital building data should also significantly accelerate the planning and implementation of conversions and necessary renovationmeasures in the future.
